OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of you order along with an order number and summary of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to Horatio London to buy the product and is subject to acceptance by us. The contract between you and Horatio London will be formed when we confirm acceptance by confirming your order has been dispatched by way of a dispatch confirmation.
The contract will only relate to those products in the dispatch confirmation. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or any third party for not accepting your order or for any delay in supplying the product. Please note all products are subject to availability, we may not be able to process your order if the product is out of stock or discontinued or there is a problem with authorisation of your payment.

DELIVERY
We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order. We cannot deliver to multiple addresses within the same order. All deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address. Please email us at info@horatiolondon.com to receive information as to those international destinations we are currently unable to deliver to.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership in the product constituting the order will pass to you immediately upon delivery at the delivery address subject to us receiving full payment of the product, including delivery charges.
Upon delivery the risk of the product will pass to you. Except where the product delivered is damaged or faulty, we accept no liability for any loss or damage to the product once the product has been delivered.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in UK £ GBP, include VAT but exclude delivery charges which will be added to the total amount of your order when you select the required delivery service. The price for any product will be as displayed on our website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error,
Prices on our website may change at any time but will not affect orders where a dispatch confirmation has already been sent out. We accept most credit or debit cards for payment and all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable to you or any third party for non-delivery or any delay in delivery of the product. We shall be under no obligation to inform you of the reason for refusal by the issuer and shall not be liable for any charges the issuer levies on you for our processing your credit or debit card payment in accordance with your order.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days from the day of the delivery of the product by sending us notice of cancellation by email and returning the product to us within 30 days of delivery unused and in its original sealed packaging. This does not apply to any sale items. Where you cancel your order after we have dispatched the product to you, the return of the product to us shall be at your own risk. After you cancel your order any amount debited by us to your credit or debit card will be refunded.
Any refund can only be given to the credit or debit card holder who placed the order. If you received upon delivery of your order an incorrect or defective product we will provide an exchange or a full refund of the product as well as the refund of the delivery cost of its return. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.
Our policy on cancellations, refunds and returns, does not affect your legal statutory rights under English law.
